Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Sales & Regional Teams: Partner closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, exceed client expectations, and resolve problems swiftly.
  • System Mastery: Develop an in‑depth knowledge of arenaflex’s proprietary platforms, agency operations, and title‑insurance software to provide accurate guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Work alongside the Onboarding Manager to welcome new agents, guide them through the setup process, and ensure a seamless transition into arenaflex’s ecosystem.
  • Audit Support: Provide assistance to the internal agent audit team by gathering documentation, answering audit‑related questions, and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Phone & Email Support: Answer incoming calls, deliver timely assistance, or direct callers to the appropriate department while maintaining a courteous and helpful tone.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on support metrics, onboarding progress, and client satisfaction trends to inform leadership decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Demonstrated experience in title insurance, customer support, or related fields; familiarity with title‑insurance software is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of identifying, prioritizing, and solving problems efficiently.
