[Remote] Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RiConnect Corp, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is a SaaS platform focused on asset traceability and compliance in critical industries. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads in the lifting, rigging, and oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Creating marketing content and sales collateral
  • Managing email and social media campaigns
  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Collaborating closely with RiConnect's Technical Sales and Product teams to align messaging with customer needs
  • Supporting trade show and event participation (AWRF, OTC, API Summit, GES, IBR)
  • Continuously improving RiConnect's go-to-market strategy across North and Latin America

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and customer-facing materials
  • Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy to analyze industry trends, understand buyer personas across oil & gas and industrial B2B sectors, and support campaign planning
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and B2B marketing funnels, ideally within oil & gas, industrial technology, or compliance software
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels including LinkedIn Ads, email automation platforms, social media management, and basic analytics dashboards
  • Support trade show and event participation
  • Ability to create compelling visual and written content — experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across time zones; prior experience in lifting, rigging, oil & gas, or industrial SaaS is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for Latin America market coverage
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B, industrial, or oil & gas marketing
  • Proficiency in at least one content creation or design tool (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar paid social platforms
  • Must be based in the United States (remote-friendly, no relocation required)
