Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inquiries regarding student loans efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Performing account updates and providing repayment options within policies and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance indicators, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assisting customers in completing applications according to department procedures, ensuring seamless and efficient onboarding processes.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of privacy and security for clients and customers, adhering to industry standards and arenaflex's strict security protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex's security protocols.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences are highly desirable:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or education.
  • Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and performance metrics.
  • 6 months of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote) experience, with a strong proficiency in software applications and technical systems.
