The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, including disabled veterans and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
