As a Customer Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate our digital products and services. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to live customer inquiries through real-time messaging using a browser-based live chat tool
  • Providing answers to customers' questions about products, order status, promotions, and their account
  • Following approved chat scripts to ensure accurate and professional responses
  • Handling basic troubleshooting issues, such as login problems, discount code issues, and order confirmations
  • Escalating more complex issues to supervisors for review and resolution
  • Documenting chat outcomes by tagging chats based on their topic and writing a 1-2 sentence summary

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Chat Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Your day will start by logging into your assigned dashboard, where you'll see a queue of active or incoming chats prioritized based on urgency and time. You'll have access to a rich script library, which will guide you through common scenarios and ensure accurate responses.
