Job Summary

As a vital part of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of care and quality that Chewy is known for. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, chat, or email, and working collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns.

  • Provide support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with Chewy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy's products, policies, and promotions to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the system with accuracy, ensuring that all customer information is secure and confidential.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation through high-quality service delivery, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive customer concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection, with the ability to work independently and manage remote workflow efficiently.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role, with experience in e-commerce, pet care, or order fulfillment environments being a plus.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours

• Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons, with the ability to work a variety of shifts to meet customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and troubleshooting, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools.
