A Day in the Life

Your shift will begin by logging into the platform and reviewing any daily updates or promotions. Once live, you'll start receiving incoming chats from customers looking for fast, helpful responses. You'll handle one to four conversations at a time, depending on volume and your comfort level. All communication will happen in written form, with no phone calls or video check-ins required.
