What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Walking clients through insurance benefit options and providing policy support
  • Providing customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Keeping digital records updated and compliant

What You Need

While experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, CRM tools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
