Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Team Lead - Mandarin, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities. Your team will be responsible for developing deeper, more scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience
