Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers through phone and email interactions. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers through phone and email interactions

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a work-from-home environment
