Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our work-from-home team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on orders, account management, and other arenaflex services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide guidance on orders, account management, and other arenaflex services
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional home workspace
