Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using digital tools such as Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, including customer information, order details, and inventory levels
  • Learn details about our extensive product line, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization as needed
  • Operate basic office equipment, including a counting scale, label printer, inkjet printer, and other equipment as required
  • Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, results-driven environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
  • Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies and processes
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Full-time availability

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of digital tools, including Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive
  • Experience with inventory management and order processing
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, including a counting scale, label printer, and inkjet printer
