Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate - Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, providing personalized recommendations, and up-selling products when appropriate
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our store's merchandise, including current promotions and product features
  • Assisting in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store, including maintaining store displays and merchandise
  • Assisting with inventory and receiving of merchandise, replenishing backstock to maintain optimal levels of merchandise on the floor
  • Conducting markdowns of merchandise as instructed and performing opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security
  • Communicating customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance to meet arenaflex standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store operations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current promotions and product features
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving minor customer service conflicts and addressing customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store appearance to meet arenaflex standards

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in retail or customer service preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an electronics retail environment

  • Knowledge of current electronics products and trends
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or keyholder role
