Job Summary

As a Flexible Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. Your role will involve consulting with customers on their rental needs, actively offering products and services, and overcoming customer objections. You will also be responsible for shuttling customers, preparing vehicles for pick-up, and ensuring that our fleet is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Consult with customers on their rental needs, actively offering products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Overcome customer objections and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support
  • Shuttle customers to and from our locations, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Prepare vehicles for pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our latest offerings and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

* Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the rental industry

  • Knowledge of our products and services, including our fleet and rental options
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
