Job Type and Locations

We're offering temp-to-hire Customer Service and Order Entry roles across three locations:

• North Houston
• North East Houston
• Galleria area

Our temp-to-hire positions offer a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience, build your skills, and potentially transition into a permanent role with arenaflex. We offer both in-office and hybrid schedules to accommodate your needs and preferences.

Compensation and Benefits

Our temp-to-hire Customer Service Representatives can expect a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $21, depending on experience and the specific position. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing multi-line phone systems
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Account and data management
• Invoicing
• General customer service and administrative support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
• Customer service, call center, order entry, or fulfillment experience
• Strong data entry skills (alpha/numeric); 10-key is a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant work experience required
