Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and walk-in customers, making outbound calls to follow up on policyholder needs, and providing expert advice on all aspects of our insurance policies. Your primary language will be English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and walk-in customers interested in receiving help with their insurance

• Make outbound calls to follow up with policyholders regarding their insurance needs
• Make proper recommendations on additional insurance products
• Provide expert and professional advice on all aspects of the insurance policy
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Proficiency to multi-task and complete follow-up tasks when needed
• Experience with understanding customer needs and selling appropriate products to those needs
• Great customer service skills

• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written)
• Familiarity with office machines (printers, computers, iPad)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• HS diploma required
