Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
- Verify patient information and address their concerns regarding prescription benefits
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to all company requirements
Essential Qualifications
• 1 year or more of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
- High-speed internet with a wired connection (mobile hotspots not accepted)
- Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices
- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical terminology
