Experienced Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Support) – Business Development & Client Relationship Expert

Job Summary:

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients in the administrative and customer support sectors. You'll market our services through various channels, including telephone, video, and in-person meetings, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business development strategies to grow arenaflex's presence in the administrative and customer support markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, career guidance, and ongoing support
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients and candidates

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support, with a focus on business development and client relationship management
  • 2+ years of experience in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in developing new business and cultivating long-term relationships
  • Strong knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Contact Management Applications (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude, engaging business-like approach, and excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $77,969 to $85,000, depending on experience and location

  • Bonus opportunities based on performance objectives
