Job Summary

As a Customer Administrative Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and innovation at arenaflex. You'll be responsible for making outbound sales contact and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the risk assessment industry and contribute to the success of our government and law enforcement clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers and recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
  • Passing leads on to account managers after qualifying
  • Renewing current customer contracts
  • Administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in sales, previous sales experience a plus
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business

  • Proficiency in computer-based tracking systems and software
