The Role

As a Senior Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the creative expression of arenaflex in the sales journey. This involves owning how we appear, sound, and sell across sales decks, custom proposals, and more. You'll work closely with sales, strategy, and creative leaders to craft compelling visual narratives and co-create solutions tailored to each customer. Your expertise will help us stand out to the biggest brands in the world and drive business growth through creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the creative expression of arenaflex in the sales journey, owning how we appear, sound, and sell across sales decks, custom proposals, and more.

• Speak with customers or guide other creative leaders in customer conversations to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.
• Partner with sales and strategy teams to craft compelling visual narratives and co-create solutions tailored to each customer.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative directors to bring storytelling and design excellence to sales enablement.
• Direct and refine how we present our capabilities and work in customer-facing materials to ensure consistency and impact.
• Shape brand storytelling by translating business value into visual, conceptual stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Work on multiple projects at once, often under tight timelines, without compromising craft or quality.
• Champion clarity, creativity, and ambition in every interaction, ensuring that our brand narrative is always on point.

What You'll Need To Succeed

* 2+ years of copywriting experience in-house or at an agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.

• A portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, originality, and a strong sense of craft, with a clear point of view on creativity, culture, and connecting with modern audiences.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from big picture to fine detail, with a deep understanding of digital and social-first campaigns.
• Proven background in B2B and/or SaaS, especially for LinkedIn, with experience in crafting compelling visual narratives and co-creating solutions tailored to each customer.
• A clear passion for AI in the creative industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
