Overview of the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. Our contractors enjoy a range of benefits, including competitive hourly rates, additional incentives based on client and performance metrics, and the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in different industries.

Schedule and Flexibility

As a remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to choose your own hours within client and contract hours of operation. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value flexibility and autonomy.

Earnings and Revenue

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. Our contractors have the potential to earn a competitive income while working with a variety of clients.

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills:

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To provide the best possible service to our clients, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other employment-related matters. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
