What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. Your role will be to make a difference between an average and exceptional customer experience.
A Typical Day
• Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is recommended.
