Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, with ease and precision.
  • Collaborating with our clients' teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations.
  • Basic typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service and written skills, with the ability to document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check.
  • Pay a $45 processing fee, directly to our vendor.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Complete a W9 form.
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, with a focus on self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
