Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner, either directly or by redirecting to a supervisor
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures to provide exceptional customer service
• Meeting or exceeding established performance requirements, including documentation of trip authorizations and details
• Performing other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service experiences

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in standard telephone systems
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
• Ability to work flexible shifts or schedules as needed, including evenings and weekends
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical examination, if applicable (arenaflex maintains a drug-free workplace)

Physical Requirements

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions (100% of the job is performed outside)
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day) and frequently walk for long distances on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday, and lift material weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties and tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
