Position Overview

As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses

• Provide product and service information, as well as appointment scheduling and lead generation support
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
