Role Purpose

As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. Your primary objective will be to assist, delight, and reward our customers, while continually learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve them. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Provide first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.

  • Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and the service we provide to our customers.
  • Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the customer experience department.

Experience Required

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to get stuck into other tasks that may be required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus points for having your own cat or dog!

Shift Pattern

* Monday to Thursday/Friday.

  • 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily.

Salary

* £25,000.00 per year (FTE, pro rata to hours worked).
