Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service and Collections Representative to join our team in Johnson City, TN. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in-center and from home, providing a unique blend of flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

* Provide billing support and perform collections management to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth

  • Process customer payments and negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely and efficient resolution
  • Address customer inquiries related to billing, credit, and service, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Deliver excellent service across various customer interactions, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist customers with technical and service inquiries, providing solutions and support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations

* Previous experience in a collections or retention role, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and payment patterns
