Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling account and billing-related issues via multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails.
- Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed customer-oriented service to arenaflex customers.
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers to communicate with internal service teams and ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience.
- Advocating for our customers, reporting, and acting on observed areas for improvement.
- Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events.
- Adhering to standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with flexibility to work irregular days/hours during special seasons.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
