About the Role:
As a Customer Service Associate – Consumer, you'll have the opportunity to use your exceptional customer service skills to make a real impact. You and your team will resolve support issues for customers via telephone, IM, and email, supporting all our major client groups: banking, payments, and investments. This is a low-stress role with great rewards, perfect for someone who's reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist with account and product inquiries, while performing account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Establish a professional rapport with each client, building trust and loyalty
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and using tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently
What You'll Need:
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with above-average computer abilities
- High school diploma or GED, with experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
- Banking experience is a bonus, but not required
