Job Summary

As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your expertise will be essential in resolving their technical issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems, using your expertise to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all support activities
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role

  • Strong understanding of computer technology and IT support principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows Client, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with diverse browser support (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications

  • TIL v3 certification
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory and domain concepts
  • Enterprise mobile device knowledge
  • Fixed network telephones and VoIP telephone support
  • Soft skills profile, including professionalism, assertiveness, accountability, good timekeeping, flexibility, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and self-motivation
