Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to navigate virtual tools and resources, including CRM software and customer support platforms
- Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
