Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required. Experience in healthcare billing and finance is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
