Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

Deliver world-class customer experiences to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Meet or exceed established KPIs, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.

Collaborating with Team Members:

Work closely with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service.

Staying Up-to-Date on Products and Services:

Stay current on arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and limitations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1 Year of Customer Service Experience:

Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English):

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to Pass a Background Check:

A clean background check is required for this role.

Fun and Enthusiastic Personality:

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a Call Center Environment:

Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.

Knowledge of Healthcare Industry:

Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including healthcare products and services, and regulatory requirements.

Certifications or Training:

Relevant certifications or training in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP).
