About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to technical and non-technical service inquiries from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying root causes of issues and resolving them to the satisfaction of our clients
  • Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional response quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with our development team to provide technical mentoring and education on product information, releases, bugs, and status updates
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities
  • Communicating critical system issues to our development team
  • Adhering to all company confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • A passion for customer success and experience, with a customer-centric approach
  • The ability to adapt to change, challenges, and new information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and provide feedback within the organization
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of help desk or contact center experience
