What You'll Do in This Role
As an Experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll:
- Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
- Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits
- Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive business growth and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 20 WPM
- A valid driver's license (if required to travel to office)
