The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that meet the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using a range of technologies, including C++, WinRT, and WinUI

• Collaborate with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's technical vision and strategy
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)

• 4+ years of experience in software development using a range of technologies, including C++, WinRT, and WinUI
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience in the full development lifecycle of sending software at scale
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a strong and stable team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in developing features and client experiences that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) advances, such as speech, vision, natural language processing, and multimodal input

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Experience with cloud-based development platforms, such as Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including secure coding and threat modeling
