Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including social media. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including social media, email, and phone

  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer support processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Work collaboratively with other customer support specialists to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

  • 6+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 12+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their use in customer support
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer support specialists
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to measure and improve customer support processes and procedures
