Job Summary

As a Server Farm Expert on our night shift team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including:

• Data entry and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Key Responsibilities

* Performs data entry and equipment maintenance tasks, including updating records and reports, and performing routine checks on equipment and systems.

• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, including hardware and software problems, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure seamless operations, including communicating with colleagues and management to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Maintains accurate records and reports, including documenting equipment maintenance and repairs, and tracking inventory levels.
• Participates in ongoing training and professional development, including attending workshops, seminars, and online courses to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as IT or data center operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as IT or data center operations

• Experience with data center management software and tools
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services
• Certification in a related field, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
