Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our customer support team, providing timely and effective solutions to customers via live chat, email, phone, and in-person interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and suggesting solutions to common problems. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, phone, and in-person interactions

  • Inform customers about products and services, and respond to their questions and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Suggest solutions to common problems and provide alternatives when necessary
  • Prepare documents and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
  • Update customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Train new customer service agents on arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and CRM systems

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience in a leadership or training role
