About the Role

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for replying to live chat messages on various businesses' websites or social media accounts. Your tasks will include:

  • Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support
