Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for arenaflex and our clients. This includes:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple incoming requests for information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide enthusiastic customer service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Live Chat software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of website navigation and customer support best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
