Key Responsibilities

As an Online/Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date product and service information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service during all interactions
  • Assisting customers in navigating the company website and products
  • Handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while ensuring quality service
  • Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system

Essential Qualifications
