The Role
As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you will be the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night. You will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and assisting clients with a pleasant demeanor
- Promptly dispatching available technicians and providing them with essential information about the job
- Taking excellent care of our clients and contributing to smooth business operations
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Key Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
