The Role

As an Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering industry-leading care and innovative solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Navigating a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
• Actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
• Providing empathetic and energetic engagement with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
• Building the arenaflex Financial brand by providing exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and energetic engagement
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot customer inquiries
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of recent third shift experience preferred

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

This role requires:

• Primarily remaining in a stationary position
• No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job
• Primarily performed indoors in an office setting
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as a computer, telephone, printer, and calculator
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

• If you have 1+ year of recent third shift experience
