Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers in our vibrant Remote office. You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. Key Responsibilities
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email
- Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
- Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience
- Analyze data and use stories and experience to complement data
- Develop work flows and procedures to improve and promote quality
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
- Gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions
- Effectively communicate, listen, and get clarification to solve customer needs
- Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
- Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, and contribute to building a positive team environment

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Experience in a logistics or delivery environment
- Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
