Experienced Full Stack Business Examiner – IT Application Development and Innovation

Job Summary

As a Business Examiner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for gathering, creating, planning, and maintaining business requirements for various projects or systems from inception to final execution. You'll work closely with business and IT teams to identify requirements, develop, test, and engineer solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in driving business change and ensuring that our applications and products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, create, plan, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from inception to final execution

• Investigate, plan, and maintain creation frameworks/programs/applications
• Assist in the support and communication of task status reports and tracking
• Provide effective project cycles and expectations to abbreviate the task life cycle, where relevant
• Work with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and raised issues
• Lead goal to issues with communicating systems based on various technologies
• Participate in regular project status reviews
• Convert high-level client requirements into executable, detailed client stories to enable development
• Maintain and create the product backlog
• Lead planning meetings with teams to focus on work in upcoming sprints
• Embrace diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
• Reliably make safety and security, of self and others, the priority
• Strong experience in creating requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites
• Proven expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies
• Ability to apply relevant technical cycles to suitable business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with executives, staff, and clients
• Capacity to work independently to achieve exceptional results
• Outstanding logical and critical thinking abilities
• Energy to proactively direct and drive activities within a team environment
• Ability to convey quality work on time and translate planning into it by following established systems or philosophies

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to become the subject matter expert for your applications and take ownership for its development and execution

• Experience in API practice/program
• Strong communication, relational skills, client service skills, and client-centric approach
