Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes while ensuring accuracy

- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
