Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Dispatch and Administration Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding incoming and outgoing calls to schedule new customers, make outgoing calls, and assist in dispatch
  • Providing exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, as well as interline companies
  • Maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and filing
  • Working collaboratively with plumbers, helpers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in customized training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask with ease
  • Experience handling a high volume of phone calls, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support
