Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching service technicians, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to customers and company employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information
- Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
- Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
