Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Macomb, MI. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, dispatching service technicians, and assisting with general office and administrative functions. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional services to customers and company employees
  • Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information
  • Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
  • Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
  • Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and being a team player

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and GPS software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry

  • Knowledge of plumbing and sewer services a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
